Last year, I went in for a cleaning and a filling. I was told I must have a deep cleaning before they would do a filling. Mind you, I have yearly cleanings and never have needed a deep cleaning. I have dental insurance and my out of pocket cost was somewhere near $1200. Fast forward to this year, I went to a different dentist for a cleaning. I told them that last year, I had a deep cleaning/filling. They were shocked because they told me my gum measurement had no reason for a deep cleaning. Now, Aspen has sent me a bill for almost $600, even though I had already paid for the work last year! I will never be back at Aspen. Do not recommend this place.

GODS AFTERNOON! IT WAS VERY PLEASING THEE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AS I EXPECTED, AS IT WAS @ THEE BROOKLYN LOCATION! ITS SO CLEAN! VERY WELL LIT! AN I WILL RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO FOR THEE DENTAL CARE. THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING CARE IF ME IN PAINFUL NEEDS! TURNING IT INTO ME FEELING GREAT AGAIN AMEN 🙏 UNTIL NXT TIME CONTINUE BEING GREAT 👍

The lady at the front desk is truly amazing! Every time I walk into Aspen Dental, she remembers my name right away and gets me checked in immediately. It's such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and shows how much she genuinely cares about patients. I've been to plenty of medical and dental offices where the front desk staff can come across as rude or uninterested, but Jenna is the complete opposite. This office definitely scored with her as a receptionist!

It has been amazing so far. The entire staff have been so kind from the start! Anne has been working with me and has been so informative throughout the way as she works and shows compassion. Can’t wait to continue this journey 😁

My expierience with Anne was the best! She made sure my entire expierience was comfortable, played my favorite music. Applied lip balm and was the sweetest person ever! I highly reccomend all of the people here. They are fast and kind.
